GRANDE PRAIRIE – The annual United Way breakfast, sponsored by the City of Grande Prairie and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) will take place tomorrow.
CUPE organizers say they expect between 100-200 people to come out and enjoy pancakes, eggs and sausage for the low price of $2. All proceeds go towards the United Way.
CUPE Local 787 President Randy Wald says it’s a good chance for City workers to socialize with each other, members of City Council and the public – all for a good cause.
