CUPE Alberta Events Van

The Events Van is equipped to support your outreach and engagement activities, including community events, rallies, BBQ’s and member gatherings. Locals and CUPE District Councils can request use of the van along with equipment such as a speaker, microphone, megaphone, BBQ, popcorn machine, and button maker.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details needed to support your event.

CUPE Alberta has established clear procedures, oversight measures, and accountability mechanisms to ensure fair and equitable access to the Events Van for all affiliated locals. We will apply these processes consistently across all requests. 

If you have any questions or concerns at any stage, please reach out directly so we can address them promptly and transparently. 

In addition to launching bookings, we are building a roster of Events Van Drivers. We are asking locals to share the attached driver application form with members who may be a good fit for this role. This is a great opportunity for members who are interested in supporting union events and engaging with locals across Alberta.
