GRANDE PRAIRIE – The Alberta Division of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) will hold its annual convention next week in Grande Prairie.
About 200 delegates are expected to converge upon the Holiday Inn to elect a new President and deal with issues ranging from health care, education, and long term care.
CUPE represents over 30,000 members in Alberta working in the municipal, school board, long term care and other sectors.
